Limits enforced today, on every plan
- 120 requests per minute per token, then 429 RATE_LIMITED with a Retry-After.
- 200 writes per day per token, then 429 DAILY_WRITE_CAP until UTC midnight. A runaway agent burns this and no more.
- 10 active tokens per account, then 409 CONFLICT on the next mint.
